When will we truly understand the power of believing in our vote?
Voting is important; I couldn’t agree more, but we vote in far more ways than one and there’s no point putting an “x” in a box only to contradict that choice with a lack of belief. Exploring some of our vastly under-utilised powers as creator beings, along with some of the subtle misgivings and sheer dauntedness we may feel around wielding them (as one who knows only all too well…) Continue reading →

Cutting through all the crap
With the launch of my fifty-second year, why do I suddenly feel we are gripping the white-knuckled grip of a culture on the edge of a cliff and that I can no longer sweep these observations under my rug? And once-benign places and processes, preserved by “institutions”, unsettle and concern me; I seem to see through these attempts at their management on our behalf, cutting through their crap like a hot knife through butter now, my rose-tinted goggles removed. Such institutions hold the long-established, seldom questioned, trust of the people…and yet, what if it turns out, they are as misguided as they could be, the very band continuing to play as we all march to our demise? Until we question our way out of the entrenched normality of a previous age, we have no hope of seeing what is really going on before our very eyes. Continue reading →

Perfectly poised on the peak
So, what if what we are seeing all over our news is the evidence of “the rub” being reaching by the entirety of mankind as the evolutionary growing pains of a planet whose compass needle is bouncing and tremoring and seeming to flip around all of its own accord…just before it settles? What if it has to look this messy, this extreme, this unlikely to become still or to line up with what feels balanced, before it finds the middle point? What if our roles is to find it (and hold it), first, within ourselves and then to hold what that feels like steadily in our mind’s eye and with our intention until it becomes physical reality? Is this how we reinvigorate ourselves with life’s passion – which has a tendency to arrive on the coat-tails of finding a sense of direction – instead of folding beneath the overwhelm of far too many things tugging us this way or that way and no idea how to discern between them? Is this when we notice how those nearest a breakthrough will feel more and even, perhaps, hurt more before that breakthrough of light happens and that this is why we must keep going and not give up in despair, supporting those who feel it as pain; allowing and encouraging it to be more like butter than sandpaper? Is this when everything in our experience falls into place and feels “true”; like the true aim of an arrow tip clearly pointing the way although there is no beginning or end to this arrow since it becomes steadiest in “the now”? In other words, our fixation must be upon achieving what we can now, in this moment, not on some end goal or where we have been. This is how we join up all the elements of ourselves and find a centre point where these all correspond; even patiently awaiting those aspects which haven’t yet caught up, holding space for great healing to take place when they arrive. Perhaps this is when we get to realise our greatest truth in physical form as well as know it as an idea; which is, after all, why we came. Continue reading →

Six months in – working more effectively with the ninth wave
This is all really happening so rapidly now; this thing that what once took centuries, even thousands of years, to play out its up-and-down rhythms of evolution – any wonder that, for many of us, life feels like it is moving faster and faster and that we are hardly the same person we were even six months ago. If this is already us and we are aware of it, in what way is it useful to “geek out” on the ninth wave, cross-referencing our experiences with some sort of calendar we may only just have heard about? Well, for those in resonance with unity consciousness (or at least “getting there”), a conscious glance to see where they are at, against the rhythms of the ninth wave (noticing, how do our circumstances correspond with its rhythms; how well are they aligned), can feel increasingly comfortable and affirming as a result of noticing they are on that same pattern. For those not there yet and still in resonance with earlier waves such as the 6th and 7th, I agree, this can feel more disarming…perhaps, ironically, more so during the day phases when their lives may feel uncomfortably out of sync with the ninth wave’s compelling unity impulse, which may not meet well with remnants of preoccupations from those earlier waves. When the tension of miss-match becomes too much, this can trigger the kind of life “break-down” (a so-called crisis to do with health, career etc) that is the start of a whole new evolutionary trajectory that is now fast-track aligning with the ninth wave. Either way, if evolution of ourselves (in tandem with humanity in general) is where we think we are at, knowing how smoothly we are lining up with this trend can be a powerful tool. Like we sometimes need to look up from our engrossing book and stare out of the window of the train at the landmarks and place names whizzing past to feel that we are really getting somewhere, using the tool of the ninth wave (which can be so easily tracked here) is the very thing to contribute a sense of coherence and forward motion to the more ad-hoc, two steps forward and one step back, sense of traction you are probably already achieving; feeding even more rapidity into the evolutionary momentum that is now just longing to become realised with our conscious participation. Fountain of Life
it all feels done done done now…all is complete…like reaching a journey’s end in some hugely momentous way. Newly, I feel able to rest in a feeling of overwhelming grace that had previously eluded me though I got very close to it; a deep and immersive awareness of myself and of the whole planet resting in a permanent state of grace that is already here; and we get to claim it as soon as we like. It was like slipping into a warm pool and accepting a deserved rest. And even though I have had to open my eyes and to go back to my daily activities, and though things go in on their worldly, far less than perfect-seeming, way (I feel like I want to entreat you, don’t be fooled or taken off track by them), I still know that it is done; that it is not compromised by what “seems” on the outside, represented in our three-dimensional world, which can be much slower to catch up. The long slow yawn
…Just looking at the everyday evidence, quite apart from all the enhancement in life’s minutest details, all the beauty noticed and so much clarity, its as though time has speeded up to a whole other pace compared to those earlier times of sludge. It moves along quite differently to those years when life was lived like a goldfish; neither bored nor surprised at seeing the same old fishtank sides and certainly never questioning why they were there. But then we are into the ninth wave now and everything is happening soooo much more quickly again, the evolutions coming thick and fast (oh, about every 36 days…) appearing as upgrades that make me feel like 6 months was another lifetime ago, so much does everything reinvent, again and again and again. Is this a trick; are we just designed to always think we see more, feel more, know more today than we did yesterday? Can I really tell all these changes happened, do trees really look any different to my eyes (perhaps it took the slow steady growth of the tree that hasn’t changed so very much…only my perception of it…to show this) and are my evolutionary spurts so much more than a “nice” academic theory? In my life, oh yes, yes they are but yesterday seemed to want to show me some particular things, just to make sure I grasped the leap that has been made; seeing even what those earlier contrasts were here to show me in their own perfect way. In short, I was given another opportunity to appraise just how beautfully designed my whole life has been and how much I have woken up, already. Though the two decades this transition has taken could feel like a very long, slow yawn, the most recent months have been like the part when you vigorously rub the sleep out of your eyes, your head clears and the room seems suddenly a-dazzle with colour and interest; and all the promise of a brand new day. At times like these
Its at times like this that the rainbow bridge that is our collective experience becomes most manifest; and that bridge (whatever it happens to look like…it might appear like no other rainbow we have ever seen…) is the fourth dimensional … Continue reading →
