Camelot for a shining moment

In order to grow, the cycle has to transform into a spiral. The lockdown has to generate a growth tip that leads to something newer, “higher”, seen as though from a broader perspective; the overview. We all strive for balance but does uber-balance preclude the ability to develop a growth point, ending in stalemate or cancellation, or is this where we start to catch a glimpse of something golden through the mists of frustration? Spinning light

Many of us are natural-born spinners and don’t even know it; we spin stories around the fireside of our blogs or when we meet people who seem ready to listen and, of course, there is already so much “spin” in the world but then why should the big-manipulators, the game-players, have all the use of that skill set out there in the world? There is another “story” to be told about what is currently happening in this world and I know I am here to tell it; me as only one voice amongst so many others forming a chorus and so many of them the women who are finding their voices after eons of needing to be seen and not heard. Women have often spun together in groups and spinning our version of truth to each other and to our organically grown audience is a way that we get to revive that activity in a way that truly makes a difference because, together, we are spinning a brand new reality. Making tracks

It was the bizarrest thing…to be in a well-known card and stationery shop on the high street seeking a couple of suitable birthday cards for two of my friends, to be scanning the rows and rows of cards then, finally, thinking “ah, this one…”; my arm reaching out to grab it, registering the wave of familiarity washing over me and then realising “oh, its mine”.

When synchronicity happens it can be so obvious it makes us belly-laugh as we extract the pearl of significance from the message it has to deliver to us. This is what happened to me as I reached a full circle and came to marvel at how obviously I had been leaving tracks for myself to decipher along the way… Continue reading
