Getting out of the sacrifice mentality
How do we get out of the sacrifice mentality that is still so prevalent that it underlies the very way we run our lives, what we eat, what we are prepared to do for a living, how easily we give up on our dreams and our values, just so many matters of health, not to mention our very ability (or not) to fulfil our true potential. Yes its everywhere, drummed into us from birth, yet most people have never given it a second thought.
