Tending to our nervous systems

I don’t think there is any denying that all of us…more collectively than ever before…have taken a massive hit to our nerves this year and now is the time to tend to them. Now, before we move into the next … Continue reading

Be prepared to hold the paradox

In these quick-sand times, we are being asked by our highest essence (as we always are, but more overtly so than ever) to notice where paradox lies in our field. That’s to say, wherever our most fervent belief about something … Continue reading

A brighter future

I suspect we are about to see a tremendous upsurge in the human spirit and, in its wake, a wave of the truest kind of human intuitive and creativity, like never before. I intuit that, across all these weeks of being sent to our room to reconsider our behaviour, we are clearing some of the plaque from our arteries, the scales from our eyes and the lead from our hearts; and to see what is real and what is not…and it’s about time Continue reading

Grounded

Sometimes its when we most feel like we are “grounded” that we take off and fly…a sure sign that we really needed it! Continue reading

These decisive times: Coming to the edge, softly

Dare we look at these bizarre times as times of profound opportunity? Going softly into the possibility opens up the perfect gift we don’t even recall ordering for ourselves… Continue reading

The turning point will likely not look the way you expect it to…

When we allow ourselves to be infected with the blight of negativity, it spreads like wildfire, jumping from branch to branch of our experience until, suddenly, the whole forest is depleted, with great gaps in communication where once there was a canopy serving as the unbreakable bond between all life-affirming things. Whilst this might not destroy everything, it sets it back and it depletes energy that some of us are expending a lot of effort whipping up to a higher place…and why court set-backs anymore? Continue reading

Becoming superconscious

There’s no turning the human technological evolution around, we can’t put it back in its box or even slow it down so how can we work with it in a superconscious way? Continue reading

…then a wonderful thing happened

What began as an exercise in practicality became infinite in its potential just as soon as I stopped worrying about “how much” I would get back in material terms. Once that limiting idea (how it trips us up!) had been dispensed with, the free-flowing rewards were as exponential as they were immeasurable as they were available to all parties and there was such a strong sense that this was only the beginning… Continue reading

The Sacredness of Life as purpose

If you happened upon this post, having often wondered what it was that made life so hard and even purposeless in your case when others seem to thrive, then know that it shouldn’t be the case…and that you are probably not that far off from flipping everything in your favour. The point is, first off, to realise that you are not “made” like everyone else and to recognise and honour those differences as the unused gifts that they probably are. You have a purpose but it may not look like anyone else’s purpose (though it is beneath the surface…yours is just wrapped up in slightly different priorities). Yours may sound a lot more abstract than theirs when you find it…but that’s not to say it can’t be put to practical use. The point is to identify that purpose (what has been the one thing that seems most important to you and which has driven you along, throughout all the various “projects” of your life, even “accidental” ones such as claiming your health back…) and then use that to fuel your own chosen trajectory. Yes, you can and will grow out of the dark places that may have become your home or your hide-y-hole for so long; but you need the right scaffolding to assist you to do that and, like all the best scaffolding, this needs to be supportive from within. Continue reading

Lead from joy

Try doing what you want to do in the world from a place of affirmative, not what you don’t want. What fills you with joy and enthusiasm? Go there. Stride forwards into new rather than turning back to take on … Continue reading
