Nature’s power hour
Daily opportunities to experience the rarified come our way but how often do we grab at the repeated chances we are offered? Exploring an everyday-gilded experience from my day during Nature’s power hour. Continue reading →

Choosing where to dwell
We have so many more choices than we tend to think; almost as though we like to consider ourselves stuck, tied up in rigid bands of constriction, “just like everyone else”, but simply allowing ourselves to realise we have many more…perhaps tiny-seeming…options available to us can be the start of manifesting something much bigger. Because those first baby steps of enthusiasm or belief in our ability to change something about our situation can be the first niche of light coming into the dark cave of circumstance and they resculpt our highly neuroplastic minds, which then start to go off on a light-seeking mission, gathering more daylight from anywhere they can find a little bit of give in life’s seeming rigidity or a higher frequency of possibility than the one you have probably been putting up with for some time. A bit like giving a sniffer dog its new instructions by holding out a miniscule sample of whatever we are looking for, it is enough to set the process in motion, as in, if we reprogram our minds to know shift is possible, it will bring more and more of the same potential back to us, over and over until we are experiencing something quite new. All connected: navigating the tricky, sticky first experiences of realising our collective oneness
It’s never been more apparent that we are one giant organism…as connected as we have been made to feel disparate and separate. Ironically, though we seem even more separate than ever before, we are only proving this truism to ourselves and each other MORE right now, by feeling these awarenesses stirring in our own cells, often quite uncomfortably at first…and especially so during a dam-buster event such as New Year’s eve when all our boundaries come crashing down under the barrage of collective emotions. So, what now and how do we use this understanding to fuel a whole new collective momentum, towards a more positive state of affairs, in 2021 and beyond? Continue reading →

The final push
We are sweaty, we are angry, we don’t even know how we will get this thing through; logically, it doesn’t make sense…too big, yes a watermelon to be passed. So how do we know when we are ready to birth a new paradigm? The same way we always know… Continue reading →

On edge
Do you pay attention to your extra senses? Perhaps its time to listen; to give them air time, push them to the front of the queue when you are being bombarded by other information sources (many of them unreliable…). Maybe they even have some good news for you… Continue reading →

It doesn’t matter
Trivial-sounding yet incredibly powerful, for many of us this is the process we think we already know about and even kid ourselves we do…yet, most of the time, we don’t follow though diligently; but now feels like the time to get serious. We make substance with our thoughts, endlessly, and this narrows the range of our experience all the time; leaving us locked into a kind of experiential cell, like that small bit of room that is left over when all the unwanted furniture in our minds is piled up around the room. When we realise that’s all it is – thoughts – we get to dissolve that matter into molecules and sweep it all away; simple as that. When we do it diligently, repeatedly, each time those thoughts arise (not just some of the time), we create a whole new landscape for ourselves in remarkably swift time. In just a few weeks, we are standing there looking at a vista so expansive and unlimited that we are quite amazed that we didn’t do this sooner. So yes, we are, for a moment, completely amazed…yet entirely forgiving of ourselves (since there is nothing to forgive…) and are, by necessity, quick to move on, because we don’t want that to be the next thought we fixate upon. See what I mean; it’s this flow in the process that keeps it going…

Doing yoga on top of a hill during a Total Solar Eclipse….now that’s an unforgettable way to start off a Friday and something I hadn’t done before; so there was some ‘newness’ right off the plate, even before the whole … Continue reading →
