Camelot for a shining moment
In order to grow, the cycle has to transform into a spiral. The lockdown has to generate a growth tip that leads to something newer, “higher”, seen as though from a broader perspective; the overview. We all strive for balance but does uber-balance preclude the ability to develop a growth point, ending in stalemate or cancellation, or is this where we start to catch a glimpse of something golden through the mists of frustration? A journey through frustration to the glimpse of…something…through the mists. Continue reading →

Magnificent contract
What ties us to life, how do we see ourselves in that picture, what choices do we have, what blocks our sense of selfhood, how do we make things more balanced, what would reinvest us in our own lives again? Continue reading →

We still have a lot to learn
For too long, and pushing harder each year, the schooling machine has been whipping our kids through an examination-driven system more like the Grand National than an academy of life, geared at expelling productive economic units more so than rounded or wise individuals poised to conduct lives that contribute to the health of humanity and the planet. Dialling into our golden future
When we dare to dial into a future self that embodies what it would look like to be alive and THRIVE on planet earth, this locks us on to that future potential and, suddenly, its as though we are on a ski lift taking a direct wire to the high peaks of our experience and it all gets so much easier. We’re no longer distracted by all the squabbles and gloom down there in the mosh-pit; we are on the fast track to something else and we can feel it as an electric tingle though our energy body (which has never felt more alive). More synchronicities, more clues, more intuitions, just more more more becomes our normal experience and everyday an ever-unfolding adventure of purest potential because we trust what is at its other end, holding the line taut…its us in our future format, beckoning us towards the kind of future we can invest in with all our hearts! Processing cellular nostalgia: evolving our lag points in order to leap

It all seems so simple to me…
Throw back or way-shower, broken or inspirational, inconvenient or key influencer and right on time. Diversity is always interesting but, right now, it could be crucial and here’s a few thoughts about why (as originally posted to Living Whole). Continue reading →

Autism and the Age of Aquarius
Those on the spectrum are questioners, movers, shakers, speakers of blunt truth; we don’t dress things up or tolerate status quo when harm is involved. These traits empower and serve as a very backbone when our more visionary, empathic, willingly sociable yet almost hopelessly unstructured side knows not what to do next. Exploring the evolutionary context of autism in general and Asperger’s in particular. Continue reading →

Fluidity and form in the living landscape of life
…these two artists I encountered had something in common. Though their mark making was pared back, economical with nothing superfluous in there at all, these landscapes THROBBED with unseen energetic life, before my very eyes, and reminded me that all things in existence are like this. We are all made-up of so much more than that which is registered by the first five senses and these other impulses make all of us, and the very landscape with which we interact at these unseen levels, who we truly are… Continue reading →
