Sensing evolution
In an era when things “not being quite what they seem” is rife and faced with a constant bombardment of misinformation, it really is time to bring our felt senses onboard, and then some. Exploring the evolution of our relationship with sixth sense. Continue reading →

Cultivating joie de vivre
Joy of life is about the most valuable commodity we have so we need to take charge of our own joy quota and do whatever we can to embody it, not to idealise it as a state beyond all care, outside of physicality as though joy is what we refer to as heaven, but in a physical sense hung around with all our most human traits. Dream therapist
Don’t ever underestimate the power of sleep to heal, answer big questions or serve as the therapist you could never quite manage to hook up with…as we tend to innately realise as children and as I’ve been newly reminded lately. Continue reading →

How to make more practical use of intuition
There seems to be a growing curiosity around intuition this year, one of many not so subtle clues to me that the world is waking up beyond the manifest, logical, left-brained dominance that has reigned supreme for so long. In … Continue reading →

The final push
We are sweaty, we are angry, we don’t even know how we will get this thing through; logically, it doesn’t make sense…too big, yes a watermelon to be passed. So how do we know when we are ready to birth a new paradigm? The same way we always know… Continue reading →

Let me take you on a walk through a city; am impromptu Imbolc ceremony with a difference. No green pasture this, no village tree surrounded by fields…but, rather, pavements cracked with gold that speak of new beginnings. As ever, my … Continue reading →

On edge
Do you pay attention to your extra senses? Perhaps its time to listen; to give them air time, push them to the front of the queue when you are being bombarded by other information sources (many of them unreliable…). Maybe they even have some good news for you… Continue reading →
