Like willow

In order to heal, we sometimes need the deep, telluric energy that is a manifestation of the feminine aspect to come up through our “roots” and to flush through he whole of our system without any of the rub-factor that generates the circumstancial furniture of our lives being used to grab onto it for creative purposes in attempted merger with the masculine aspect. At such times, even the gentlest of meetings with the masculine can feel all too much and we long (at some level that we often fail to acknowledge) to just surrender to the flow and let everything slip out of our white-knuckle grip. This can resemble a sort of death as we stop all but the most fundamental activity to just “be” in its purest sense; when, really, it is a rebirth. Like flushing out an old plumbing system that has started to hiccough and vibrate whenever it is in use, our whole energy system requires that one-way flush to occur, and for this to be repeated for as long as it takes, for deep and lasting healing to take place. Once we have re-mastered its free flowing emergence, we can integrate it more fully than ever before. Continue reading

2018, year of the spiritworker

When we work too concertedly at embodying “only light”, the body will respond by throwing some shade…and that can look a lot like health issues on a very grand scale or even total disintegration as there is no semblance of wholeness left to continue holding matter together. Fragmentation is the natural result. Rather, by working with a more balanced concept of what we are here to embody, we start to work a whole other level of alchemy, with very different and far more sustainable results… Continue reading

Crystal living: life beyond “the rub”

When you are indigo with coinciding experience (direct from many lifetimes or inherited from parents and culture) of karmic perspectives, it is possible to work with all those old themes in order to balance and so transform them and yet remain fully aware of them; conscious, always, that you are not “in” or “of” those themes but holding a pristine overview. In other words, you are not fully taken in by them though you don’t fail to take them seriously; for, while the mass consciousness continues to operate via these themes, they remain extremely potent and precarious.

But as you step into crystal (which, for me, has been the last decade) you realise that those themes are so old now, so tired, that they just have to go in order for you and everyone else to progress towards a new reality. They need to be dissolved and swept away as though they never even existed in order to make the next leap; without even so much as a souvenir kept for old time’s sake. The longing to do so takes you over the more you spend time in the crystal frequencies, which can feel like many (many) near death experiences and yet, when you return with your new shining booty, you still(!) keep plunging back into the mire or, if “you” don’t, your biology does as your cells have previously known no other way to be, so they hold memory far longer and more determinedly than your consciousness, setting up repeat cycles that it is incredibly hard to break out of since it takes time and consistency for cells to learn to operate quite differently and without all that baggage. So can this be overcome without taking the body over some sort of crisis of no return as it struggles to embody so much high-frequency energy? I like to think so… Continue reading

All my spaces are love

All my spaces are love…the phrase (not some trite spiritual catch-phrase but one that is KNOWN deeply) feels so key that I find I want to write it on the air with my finger. Small adjustment but what a difference than this idea I nurtured that all my spaces were void, like one of those blank canvases I no longer seem able to paint upon…yet, when I perceive what is already there, wanting to be expressed, even before dipping my brush; those are always the best canvases of all. When we change the feeling around a circumstances, especially one as pivotal as this, it alters absolutely everything. I find I can allow things to be softer now; as I must, to hold the balance that allows the love-light to shine through…. My morning revelation and how it alters everything (read on). Absolute healing

Probably the most comprehensive, coherent and powerful post on healing that I have ever shared drawing on everything I have come to know about achieving wholeness within a physical body. Far too vast to summarise, far too important not to … Continue reading

Love letter to myself

The last decade has been a self-righting, a sort of rescue operation and a slow-steady reunion of two aspects of myself that had become exaggeratedly fragmented (I know now) expressly so I could learn how to put myself back together … Continue reading

Coming out of our shell

Lets be honest, most of us live as though we dwell in the shadow of a mountain called cancer most of our lives because our culture has now been set up that way. The idea of it is promulgated everywhere, in the warnings and cursory tales, the way it is made to feel almost inevitable (perhaps especially if you are a female), like it has become a stage of life that we must pass through…or not. It has been made the big-bad bogey man of our times so that our children have usually heard all about it, or know someone who has had it, by the time they go to school and notch it up on their lifetime expectations board as a “given” next to all those other givens that are handed out to our culture like dubiously intended sweets from a shadowy stranger. Why do we accept them, these hard so-called “givens” of our society?

I have played a great deal with the way we furnish the inner spaces of our fourth-dimensional playground (that “place” where we formulate the ideas, archetypes and belief systems that we live…and create… by) and the way we currently paint cancer in that dimension often has us defeated before we even get started. We are trolled by the idea of cancer long before it gets anywhere near our cells and, like I played with on the topic of the Epstein Barr virus last year, if there is anything inside of us that matches the currently attached vibration of sacrifice, littleness, fear and inevitable doom (the catastrophe vibe that runs very strongly in our culture) then we succumb to it as soon as our cellular circumstances line up with these ideas around it, like an alignment of ill-fated stars with our own thoughts casting the first and final shadow that serves to join them up. But, for that to happen, we have to be in that inner place where we agree to such an interpretation of what cancer is, chosing to forget the active part we get to play in what is, effectively, a dialogue or two-way communication (as all situations are). So, we need to ask, is it shouting us down, are we attempting to shout it down…or can we both sit down and listen to each other? Continue reading

Signs the great softening is underway

This last month, I started to notice something very strange happening to the water that I drink every day (and to find out what, I suggest you read my post and ask yourself whether you are seeing this too…) We might not all be open to noticing these subtle, elemental variations in our familiar world yet they are still happening behind the scenes; as though we are all being dissolved and then reconstituted from the same mineral ingredients as before (“the same” enough that we think nothing has altered and yet…somehow… we are quite different). Even this week, which has been taxing and triggering in the extreme, I can feel difference in people’s reactions all around me; played out as a new degree of receptivity, fluidity, gentleness, malleability and adaptability in people’s responses to situations that might have triggered and entrenched them before. Many more people than ever are prepared to look at things differently. I am am seeing more yielding; the kind that is not about weakness but, actually, about a deeper and more pervasive, even more authentic form of strength because it uses what we have all been through – together – as the softening-agent that feeds back into the water of life and better serves us all. Our collective experiences become the newly liberated minerals that provide nutrition rather than the calcified barricades that separate us further (Read more…) Continue reading

When cracks start to appear…and light comes pouring in

This was one of the most powerfully apt metaphors that had ever presented itself to me. When this everyday domestic appliance upon which we “relied” for sustenance formed a crack and “broke down”, I realised the issues here weren’t so much the fridge or the deteriorating food, the corporations I was dealing with, the real people on the end of the phone or even in my household as the strings pulling them all and the beliefs about life holding them together, including fears around such heavy-old-pieces of life-furniture as lack and survival, made themselves suddenly very obvious. Once we see how active our beliefs are in this world…far more “solid”, in a way, than the three-dimensional objects that come to represent them…then we start to see how powerful and necessary it is to place ourselves as heart-guardians of that domain, choosing which belief-systems we actually want to maintain in order to manifest the solid realities we really want to experience “at ground level” as it were. Importantly, we learn not to leave it up to other people, with other priorities and agendas, to determine what those belief-systems look like.

We are all seeing that system breaking down before our very eyes, its long-preserved contents quickly purifying – again like my fridge – but as I’ve learned this week, maybe that’s not such a bad thing. Maybe we didn’t need such a “great big monster” to serve our basic needs. Maybe its time to get closer to what we really want. Perhaps the wonderful new silence where that huge machine used to hum and churn in my house is a timely reminder of how we hardly detect some of the base rhythms that provoke our disquietude until they are suddenly switched off! (Read more…) Continue reading
