Power of now
When we “go unconscious”, we have momentarily stepped out of our natural inborn power because we have forgotten that now is all there is and got carried away by a story about how bad things have been or are going to be. So what happens when we cease doing that, what starts to shift? How about our whole paradigm. Continue reading →

Back in the body
Its been made all too easy for us, not just the most sensitive, to vacate our bodies, even preferable (culturally speaking) that we lose ourselves in escapism rather than staying fully awake and present, having an opinion or taking action regarding whatever timeline we are collectively on. Perhaps its time we sensitivies commited to becoming more grounded, practicing how to be more fully present with our bodies, learning to ride or even transform all the triggers, in order to anchor our higher vision to the physical world we all share together as our only embodied “home”. Cosmic romance
What does the almost universal, in-built, longing for the big finale, the happy moment of consummation, tell us about ourselves and the fabric of reality? What is it that we really long for? Continue reading →

Stop using the path and you will surely lose it
It takes Nature no more than the blink of an eye to take away what she giveth; unless we indicate, quite clearly, just how much we are interested in keeping it, how much we appreciate what we have “in care” from her bounty…only then does she relent. Continue reading →

Living in the everywhere
How much does our ingrained concept of time being strictly linear perpetuate the sense that “past” or even “future” is some remote, inaccessible thing with a volume of space keeping us apart from it? How much healing and other potential do we miss when we adhere to such thinking?? Continue reading →

Coming home
Where are my edges, where does my sense of self stop and other begin? What feel like the non-negotiable boundaries required in order for me to feel safe and how does modern life or the demands of my work encroach on that? How did the quieter life of the past year make me feel (better or worse; some introverts have thrived)? What does that say about my desire to keep working/living the way I used to before lockdown? What are my true priorities in life and what do those say about where I feel most relaxed and comfortable to be myself, can I make my life fit those priorities better? Is there more inner work to be done so that I can feel safe regardless and not be at the beck and call of outside circumstances the way I am? Do I have all the resources I need to feel safe unconditionally like that, even as I stand here in my socks, or do I lean too much into external factors, both for comfort but therefore also as a source of trigger when things “go wrong”? Continue reading →

Being in balance
Do we subliminally fear balance, as though it is a kind of “death”? Perhaps we need to remind ourselves that balance isn’t an end-game but a beginning point. Continue reading →

The power of life review
Healing your relationship with the past can be one of the most powerful, least avoidable, steps on the road to achieving wholeness and deep healing, not to mention such powerfully regenerative feelings of love for, well, everything “just as it is”, as I am currently finding out…By the way, JUST REALISED today is my 10 year anniversary of writing this blog! There could have been no more apt post than this one. Continue reading →

My word of the year is regeneration
The practice of choosing a word of the year has power because you spotlight and commit to it. When you veer off its path, you ask yourself why and you pull yourself back towards its steadying influence. You stay more aware of daily variances in belief system and come to recognise what is old patterning dragging you backwards, compared to what is new, opening doors of perception. More and more, you crave the latter and dismiss the former, under the auspices of this one guiding word. Continue reading →
Mars comes close
How many of us empaths and sensitives detach from power for fear that power is wrong?? Because of the way we see it demonstrated in the messed-up world, we decide we want nothing to do with it…forgetting there is a choice how power can be used, that there is not only one way, the broken way, but another way that makes us more whole and connected with heart energy, and with each other. Continue reading →
