Grief isn’t linear…but there’s a gift in that!

I’ve been dealing with grief in a number of formats lately, the most recent being that my beloved dog died last week, adding to other versions of grief I am feeling right now, over loss of people, even lost ways … Continue reading

Living in the everywhere

How much does our ingrained concept of time being strictly linear perpetuate the sense that “past” or even “future” is some remote, inaccessible thing with a volume of space keeping us apart from it? How much healing and other potential do we miss when we adhere to such thinking?? Continue reading

Getting over the ultimate catastrophe

What I had hit upon…what indeed we are talking about here is a mass case of post-traumatic stress disorder that we all share and which variable triggers in our environment (that is, anything we have come to associate with “catastrophe” at the deepest levels) may well being “playing” inside of us like notes on a piano as these memories ask to be shown to the light of our consciousness so we can heal this planet as one. If we are alive, here and now, we are (at DNA level) survivors of this unthinkable cataclysm that took place in near-history (so, first off, congratulate yourself for that!) and yet it has remained completely suppressed by the orthodox version of history that we are taught and also by our own bodies, which have in effect volunteered to bury the information because it was just too painful to be seen. One life, many lives

…this is what healers and empaths do: they bring the multi-experiences of every other being for whom they feel the pain and suffering all together into one form (themselves) so that they get to heal all of it as one and as they do this…knowingly or otherwise…they are also healing all the many layers of all their own multi-lifetimes too. They are like they great knot-tiers of human consciousness because what they do for others, just as they also do it for themselves, serves as a multi-dimensional experience node,a convergence point, across all time and space, healing exponentially in all directions and in ways we can only begin to fathom from our “little” human perspective. This is why it can feel so very hard to be the human caught up in the midst of these experience…but once we can see all the layers we are working upon, that pain starts to dissipate, becomes much less concentrated, dense or heavy; its vibration is raised. Our personal load becomes lighter as we newly realise how our breakthroughs, as we heal those layers of pain, serve this planet way beyond our own individuated experience, converging with so many other experiences to bring relief to all.
