Personality type and the crystallisation process – understanding the human vehicle we chose

Try thinking of personality as the vehicle your spirit chose for the journey of this physcal life. When you know that you chose it, that its not an accident of genetics or fate, or the outcome of life’s conditioning, but something most particular that you chose for your higher purpose, with the exact features you wanted it to have, you enjoy driving it so much more and its self-empowering. It may even enable you to shift your entire paradigm… Continue reading

When paradigms rub shoulders

If you are a contrarian, a heretic, a mystic at heart (as those who help to shift paradigms are…) then walk that sometimes solitary path with a smile and stop worrying about acceptability. To quote Jacob Nordby:

“mystics rattle our reality tunnels. They walk a lonely path because most humans are invested in seeing through a fixed belief window. Mystics help us to understand that there is a whole lot more to the picture. Even though we might not understand their paradoxes and metaphors, something in us knows that we are thrilled to be connected to an intelligent system so imponderably massive that our minds cannot comprehend the wholeness of it for more than a split second at a time.” (Jacob Nordby — Blessed are the Weird).

If you have reached the point where you are able to hold that enormity for more than just a split second then, for goodness sake, don’t trade that in for acceptability or inclusion. Run with it, trusting others will follow. Continue reading

No doubt

How are you feeling, a little overwhelmed, frustrated by the way the world is and like you don’t know how to make a difference? If evolution is starting to feel a bit like an abstract idea with very little foundation outside of your own spiritual practice, take heart…I have a few ideas to share about how you are already making a significant difference to the world. My journey with AuraTransformation

If you ever struggle to stay in your body, to remain grounded, or if (when you do) you feel so much that you are quickly depleted of energy or overwhelmed…and if you have come so far, done all the work, cleared so much, become so aware and yet your body and spirit seem to spar or pull apart in opposite directions, instead of staying contentedly together… this post might be for you… Continue reading

Responsible masculinity

I coined a phrase “responsible masculinity” in my last post and its applicable to all of us; not at all gender specific. There’s something I find off-putting about certain strains of feminism and its that its feels like more of … Continue reading

When the sun comes “up”

The sun is “up” at the moment; a rare solar minimum flare, the strongest for almost a year, delivered a burst of sun energy on Saturday 26th at 13.22UT (click left for video). This affects us all from the very moment it happens, … Continue reading

It doesn’t matter

Trivial-sounding yet incredibly powerful, for many of us this is the process we think we already know about and even kid ourselves we do…yet, most of the time, we don’t follow though diligently; but now feels like the time to get serious. We make substance with our thoughts, endlessly, and this narrows the range of our experience all the time; leaving us locked into a kind of experiential cell, like that small bit of room that is left over when all the unwanted furniture in our minds is piled up around the room. When we realise that’s all it is – thoughts – we get to dissolve that matter into molecules and sweep it all away; simple as that. When we do it diligently, repeatedly, each time those thoughts arise (not just some of the time), we create a whole new landscape for ourselves in remarkably swift time. In just a few weeks, we are standing there looking at a vista so expansive and unlimited that we are quite amazed that we didn’t do this sooner. So yes, we are, for a moment, completely amazed…yet entirely forgiving of ourselves (since there is nothing to forgive…) and are, by necessity, quick to move on, because we don’t want that to be the next thought we fixate upon. See what I mean; it’s this flow in the process that keeps it going…

The moon and our key relationships

Are our key relationships held for us, in prototype, by our relationship with the moon? Far fetched as that sounds, we all have some sort of prototype relationship “held” up for us in this way because we were all born during one of its phases; and the moon speaks to our every cell. The way our moon phase and, that rare thing, the out of bounds moon (whether we have one or not…both equally telling), impact our relationship with that moon….and determine traits about us that influence the whole of our life trajectory…is one of the most impactful things I have delved into. Most powerfully of all, it led me back to the relationship I have with myself in ways that have utterly transformed pretty much everything of late. If you want to join me for a swim in this particular pool-by-moonlight, please feel free to dive in… Continue reading

Splitting…or coming together anew

Maybe it’s not even a case that we are about to separate “more” but that, in accepting some sort of separating of the ways as a given, we become more whole…exploring some spiritually controversial topics that feel very on theme right now. Continue reading

Energetic time machine

Those of us that are energetically sensitive are picking up on cues from the broader environment that serve like quantum time-machines to jolt us into a multiple life-review of sorts. This happens to us all the time; subtle cues in our environment (in the same way as it could be a scent or a song on the radio…now, it could be a meteor shower scattering debris from a 20,000 year-ago cataclysm..) can open up these memory pockets to allow us to reprocess them again and again…hopefully in new and ever more evolved ways each time it “happens”. So, if we are starting to reprocess some of the deepest traumas of all, those which set us off on the planetry trajectory of thousands of years’ worth of fear-based thinking, then we are getting into some seriously transformational potential as a collective right now. Just a bit of a mind-bender and food for thought on this early November morn if you want to join me… Continue reading
