Now is the moment to walk our talk

Now is also the time to invest with our full attention on what we really want, not what seems, what others talk about, what the papers say but what we really prefer and, if t doesn’t exist yet, get creative with our imagination. We need to energetically vote for the world we want to be living in, every moment of every single day. Continue reading

Cycles of the sun

Did you know we are in the all-important phase between two solar cycles, where those cycles, as it were, overlap over the phase known as solar minimum, during which the new cycle is already starting to assert itself? These remind … Continue reading

On the other hand…

Working with quantum healing, to quickly (urgently) put right this world and our personal health (its all the same) requires that we work equally with both the manifest and not-yet-manifest realms; yes, it involves getting real and practical, down and dirty with our world “as is” to make the shifts we desire…we simply can’t favour one over the other, for our attention, any more. Sorry! Continue reading

On the crest of a wave

A revisit to “the past” can impart a sense of wholeness, like finding an aspect of self that we, in a sense, left behind there in another portion of our life and this can be profoundly evolutionary as well as making us feel like something so important just happened, though we hardy know what. Yet, important to note, its not that we need to wind any clocks back or try to live where we once were, nostalgic as we may be feeling; since we can know that what we have just “collected” on our brief trip to the past was enough, its all we need to bring forward with us and so we can move on now in a whole new way. Its like a quantum aspect of who we were then has now merged with who we are now to create another thing entirely; a third aspect that wouldn’t have been possible to achieve any other way…which is a quantum superposition in action. Suffice to say, the way we play this can lead to our next biggest stage of evolution on the way to a previously unrealised level of wholeness and, when it happens, the transformation can be pampable. I know this…because it just happened to me! Exploring the unexpected side-effect of a thirty year reunion and how it has been a quantum leap to a brand-new sense of personal wholeness and healing. Peeling back layers

There is a chair in my life that’s, quite literally, always been there – and don’t so many of us have such pieces of furniture and other accumulated objects that are ‘just there’ because they are? This one – an … Continue reading

Are We Obliged to Feel Obligated…Or Is There Another Way?

January can feel like one almighty crash back down to ‘real life’ after the somewhat surreal suspension of reality that is Christmas and it was interesting, as this year got going, to observe how I was both part of that and … Continue reading
