Choosing life: Jig of Life and the Ninth Wave

“For Now does ride in on the curl of the wave,

And you will dance with me in the sunlit pools.

We are of the going water and the gone.

We are of water in the holy land of water

And all that’s to come runs in

With the thrust on the strand.” Continue reading

Accessing the 9th wave

This post is more of a news announcement than one of my usual articles as I want to flag up to my readers, especially for those who follow the work of Dr Carl Johan Calleman, author of the Nine Waves … Continue reading

Processing cellular nostalgia: evolving our lag points in order to leap

What holds us back from evolving, from healing, from leaping? Some insider insights of how we can work with quantum evolution to identify our stuck points and make those powerful shifts, even in our heaviest aspect…the body. Continue reading

Reeling in the higher vibes

When I was a child, long before the term “neurodiverse” became part of my vocabulary, I never seemed to so readily accept assurances of safety or the fixed parameters of experience that I was taught as did my age-peers. So … Continue reading

Autism and the Age of Aquarius

Those on the spectrum are questioners, movers, shakers, speakers of blunt truth; we don’t dress things up or tolerate status quo when harm is involved. These traits empower and serve as a very backbone when our more visionary, empathic, willingly sociable yet almost hopelessly unstructured side knows not what to do next. Exploring the evolutionary context of autism in general and Asperger’s in particular. Continue reading

A message from the valley…

This is how we move now; all of us (once we tune and synchronise to it; stop fearing it, embrace its rhythms). This is the speed at which the so-called linearity of our lives progresses through phases, up-cycling what was once old and stuck about our experience and evolving us towards a completely different kind of reality, in just one lifetime, compared to the numerous or even countless lifetimes it would have taken to achieve such a sense of progression before… Continue reading

On track for non-duality: healing the rift by walking its path

This post is a long and winding path but I invite you to join me on it. Along the way, I stitch together so many observational threads about the feminine as guardian of “the long straight path” and where we are all headed in a world that is venturing beyond duality. Continue reading

Lining up with the eclipse

In this next phase, we get to strike the match of ourselves, those of us who have been busy atuning to the Ninth Wave and its rhythms…and we get to see our space light up again with the many-flames of all those who are doing likewise, now far easier to spot in the dark, like fireflies dancing in the night…. (read more in Lining-up with the Eclipse). Continue reading

Living from the centre

There is a place that I go…that I’ve worked with…for well over a decade now; you could call it my spiritual hub, somewhere I walk to process things through, even when I don’t know that I’m processing them or needing to work anything out. It doesn’t really matter to my readers where the place is; it could be anywhere and you probably have one similar of your own, somewhere that draws you to it, repeatedly, though you hardly know why. Long before I came to understand how I work with this particular landscape, as an externalised “model” of some inner landscape that I am also walking through, I came to this place and found a special solace from being there, like it helped me unravel parts of myself that might otherwise have remained in an unfathomable tangle. Through my feet, its features helped me untangle and make simpler what was otherwise unfathomably complex; layer upon layer, through many years’ walks that became littered with symbolism, adding a richness of association that was built upon each time I went there (which was often)…read on… Continue reading

Six months in – working more effectively with the ninth wave

This is all really happening so rapidly now; this thing that what once took centuries, even thousands of years, to play out its up-and-down rhythms of evolution – any wonder that, for many of us, life feels like it is moving faster and faster and that we are hardly the same person we were even six months ago. If this is already us and we are aware of it, in what way is it useful to “geek out” on the ninth wave, cross-referencing our experiences with some sort of calendar we may only just have heard about? Well, for those in resonance with unity consciousness (or at least “getting there”), a conscious glance to see where they are at, against the rhythms of the ninth wave (noticing, how do our circumstances correspond with its rhythms; how well are they aligned), can feel increasingly comfortable and affirming as a result of noticing they are on that same pattern. For those not there yet and still in resonance with earlier waves such as the 6th and 7th, I agree, this can feel more disarming…perhaps, ironically, more so during the day phases when their lives may feel uncomfortably out of sync with the ninth wave’s compelling unity impulse, which may not meet well with remnants of preoccupations from those earlier waves. When the tension of miss-match becomes too much, this can trigger the kind of life “break-down” (a so-called crisis to do with health, career etc) that is the start of a whole new evolutionary trajectory that is now fast-track aligning with the ninth wave. Either way, if evolution of ourselves (in tandem with humanity in general) is where we think we are at, knowing how smoothly we are lining up with this trend can be a powerful tool. Like we sometimes need to look up from our engrossing book and stare out of the window of the train at the landmarks and place names whizzing past to feel that we are really getting somewhere, using the tool of the ninth wave (which can be so easily tracked here) is the very thing to contribute a sense of coherence and forward motion to the more ad-hoc, two steps forward and one step back, sense of traction you are probably already achieving; feeding even more rapidity into the evolutionary momentum that is now just longing to become realised with our conscious participation. Continue reading
