A place for introverts

If all they want is for us to keep on shifting the same old furniture of life around into different yet, ultimately, finite arrangements in an ever-repeating cycle then keeping us so busy, time-poor and obsessively preoccupied by each other is the way to go about it. But, if we want anything truly new to occur to us, the kind of breakthrough that shifts a paradigm, we need those who do far better left alone to be allowed to spend more time doing what they do, the way they do it, untampered with… Continue reading

Neuroqueer, an offering

There is something about the inbetweeny nature of the kind of experience that is the natural territory of the neurodiverse way of being that lends itself to evolution, as and when the various methodologies of life unlock themselves from all the rules and rigidity of what is already known and familiar to most, to venture into the territory and meet us there. We naturally inhabit the void where new potentials emerge by virtue of the fact we are non-conformers and this leads into new extrapolations of experience…and expression. Continue reading

Who or what are you holding yourself together for?

Who are you at your very core, are you well acquainted and comfortable together, does that part get heard and allowed regular expression and how often do you operate from that aspect of self, as priority…foundational to all else, as the source of your true identity and resilience? A post written for Living Whole which feels like it has so much relevance here that I am reposting. Continue reading

Peaks of joy

“The sense I get is, once this has progressed a little further, there will be so many pockets of space inside of me that, being no longer stuffed full of so much stored information, I will be at liberty to sit back and allow energy to flow freely in and out of them, the way the sea fills gullies and rock pools on the beach, leaving its subtle imprint yet so easy to flow out again, experienced by me as moments of inspiration and peaks of joy.” Continue reading

Cultivating joie de vivre

Joy of life is about the most valuable commodity we have so we need to take charge of our own joy quota and do whatever we can to embody it, not to idealise it as a state beyond all care, outside of physicality as though joy is what we refer to as heaven, but in a physical sense hung around with all our most human traits. Thus the phrase joie de vive has it covered for me, as in, referring specifically to “the joy of life”; a kind of joy that is because of life, not separate from it. People say how can I have this when “things” are so dire and I would say go after it, make it happen, yes from your soul, but then once you have found ways to bring it into your body, those outside circumstances will start to change! Reframing success (and the universe always has a plan)

Redefining success as a woman, a parent, an individual: Am I finally prepared to own that I have had it all along, that every step of this journey speaks of (yes, unconventional) success in so many areas ready to be reappraised by our rapidly altering world paradigm, where many of us refuse to be defined or measured by what we “do” for a living. Continue reading

Being diverse; my life in training

Autism isn’t how most people imagine it and there are still such a lot of distorted beliefs and stigma attached, which creates a culture where diagnosis is missed or even avoided. I am autistic, yet it took me 51 years … Continue reading

Dialling into our golden future

When we dare to dial into a future self that embodies what it would look like to be alive and THRIVE on planet earth, this locks us on to that future potential and, suddenly, its as though we are on a ski lift taking a direct wire to the high peaks of our experience and it all gets so much easier. We’re no longer distracted by all the squabbles and gloom down there in the mosh-pit; we are on the fast track to something else and we can feel it as an electric tingle though our energy body (which has never felt more alive). More synchronicities, more clues, more intuitions, just more more more becomes our normal experience and everyday an ever-unfolding adventure of purest potential because we trust what is at its other end, holding the line taut…its us in our future format, beckoning us towards the kind of future we can invest in with all our hearts! Be prepared to hold the paradox

In these quick-sand times, we are being asked by our highest essence (as we always are, but more overtly so than ever) to notice where paradox lies in our field. That’s to say, wherever our most fervent belief about something … Continue reading

The difference between 3D and 5D experience…and why we should all be interested

So what is this five dimensional experience people in spiritual communities talk about, how do we get to it and experience it as our new-normal and has it not always been there? Above all, why is it just so relevant and important right now? Continue reading
