Determination (a “feminine” quality par excellence)
Like a river that hits against a heavy rock fall, determination will still get there in the end, eroding away at the blockage, but that can take eons…or, with that uber-feminine quality that determination is so well-known for, it can find another way around, forge a brand new path, to continue its journey back to the sea. This is where we, collectively, are now…needing to adapt and forge new routes, to pick “determined and swift” over slowly chiselling away at the most obstinately resistant and sealed-off old ways, in order to get back to our collective wholeness. Women (as the embodiment of the feminine aspect in gender-expressed form) know how to do this; we were trained in it across all the thousands of years that we were met by so many intractable man-made obstacles! Feedback
Receiving feedback is an entirely natural and healthy part of life but the quality of our lives can depend, quite majorly, on where we tend to seek it and the reasons why… Continue reading →

On a golden flightpath
Was it a coincidence…this thing I had focussed on so concertedly for weeks in early 2020 manifested as a theme of the year? A flash of golden end of year insight for New Year. Continue reading →

Joy Activist
Joy doesn’t just come to us, we have to take steps to activate it, yet the more we create joy, the more joy we will create, for ourselves and others. This doesn’t even rely on creating the kind of joy that is visible to the outside world; it can be a deeply private joy-practice and yet it still ripples out to affect the energy field in which we all rub shoulders with one other, and it does make a huge difference. This form of activism is as important as any other, because it has never been more important that we all pulled together to hold a placeholder for the frequency of joy so that we get to take it with us into the next iteration of our world. How to make more practical use of intuition
There seems to be a growing curiosity around intuition this year, one of many not so subtle clues to me that the world is waking up beyond the manifest, logical, left-brained dominance that has reigned supreme for so long. In … Continue reading →

Tending to our nervous systems
I don’t think there is any denying that all of us…more collectively than ever before…have taken a massive hit to our nerves this year and now is the time to tend to them. Now, before we move into the next … Continue reading →

A brighter future
I suspect we are about to see a tremendous upsurge in the human spirit and, in its wake, a wave of the truest kind of human intuitive and creativity, like never before. I intuit that, across all these weeks of being sent to our room to reconsider our behaviour, we are clearing some of the plaque from our arteries, the scales from our eyes and the lead from our hearts; and to see what is real and what is not…and it’s about time Continue reading →

Pigment of life
When a new paradigm starts to emerge, it can seem lacking in depth, an unfamiliar “convenience food” where a complex banquet of life used to be, throwing us into a turmoil of nostalgia for the old ways…though we don’t want those either. What calls us through the bewildering territory is an unspeakable force, an original spark without name… Continue reading →

A woman’s voice across time
I like to think I’ve swept some grace through these places over the years; doing what grace does best, mixing up the light and the dark so that the line between them becomes softened…perhaps even more radiant. I like to think that in getting closer to finding my wholeness here, against all odds, I’ve increased the odds for all things that I’ve brushed past on my wending way… Exploring the underlying perfection of the places we happen to be in, however those happen to seem. Putting our hands together…for all of us
I feel like I have spent an entire lifetime studying the phenomenon of healing the rift between left and right hemispheres and I study it still; in constant awe of the unrealised heights of cohesion and joy that seem to be available when we just keep pushing the union further. There is something orgasmic about reaching that single point of collaboration; which is exactly what orgasm is…a meeting place of body and spirit. You could say, an experience that is so much more than the sum of its parts. Such an experience should be all the enticement it takes so why are we, often, so far off from the mark; as though we have developed chronic amnesia or had the remembrance of wholeness trained out of us by something that had more chaotic intentions in mind. When we are motivated to seek this union-point across all of our skills and activities, our daily lives, careers, our societal, political and global affairs, we will all reach that delirium of a single focus together; reached by collaborative means that make all our diverse gifts, leanings and priorities equally useful to the mix.
