Splitting…or coming together anew

Maybe it’s not even a case that we are about to separate “more” but that, in accepting some sort of separating of the ways as a given, we become more whole…exploring some spiritually controversial topics that feel very on theme right now. Continue reading

Energetic time machine

Those of us that are energetically sensitive are picking up on cues from the broader environment that serve like quantum time-machines to jolt us into a multiple life-review of sorts. This happens to us all the time; subtle cues in our environment (in the same way as it could be a scent or a song on the radio…now, it could be a meteor shower scattering debris from a 20,000 year-ago cataclysm..) can open up these memory pockets to allow us to reprocess them again and again…hopefully in new and ever more evolved ways each time it “happens”. So, if we are starting to reprocess some of the deepest traumas of all, those which set us off on the planetry trajectory of thousands of years’ worth of fear-based thinking, then we are getting into some seriously transformational potential as a collective right now. Just a bit of a mind-bender and food for thought on this early November morn if you want to join me… Continue reading

Acknowledging the relationships we have

Sometimes acknowledging the relationships we have can be a beautifully simple yet powerful thing to do; transformative in its way… Continue reading

Perfectly poised on the peak

So, what if what we are seeing all over our news is the evidence of “the rub” being reaching by the entirety of mankind as the evolutionary growing pains of a planet whose compass needle is bouncing and tremoring and seeming to flip around all of its own accord…just before it settles? What if it has to look this messy, this extreme, this unlikely to become still or to line up with what feels balanced, before it finds the middle point? What if our roles is to find it (and hold it), first, within ourselves and then to hold what that feels like steadily in our mind’s eye and with our intention until it becomes physical reality? Is this how we reinvigorate ourselves with life’s passion – which has a tendency to arrive on the coat-tails of finding a sense of direction – instead of folding beneath the overwhelm of far too many things tugging us this way or that way and no idea how to discern between them? Is this when we notice how those nearest a breakthrough will feel more and even, perhaps, hurt more before that breakthrough of light happens and that this is why we must keep going and not give up in despair, supporting those who feel it as pain; allowing and encouraging it to be more like butter than sandpaper? Is this when everything in our experience falls into place and feels “true”; like the true aim of an arrow tip clearly pointing the way although there is no beginning or end to this arrow since it becomes steadiest in “the now”? In other words, our fixation must be upon achieving what we can now, in this moment, not on some end goal or where we have been. This is how we join up all the elements of ourselves and find a centre point where these all correspond; even patiently awaiting those aspects which haven’t yet caught up, holding space for great healing to take place when they arrive. Perhaps this is when we get to realise our greatest truth in physical form as well as know it as an idea; which is, after all, why we came. Continue reading

Who we are in the backwash

Sometimes its as though the flow of universe pulls back abruptly, like when a river or beach is suddenly left bereft of water and we get to see all the unsightly debris of life strewn on the bottom. These moment of so-called flatness, the aftermath of something else more lively, times when there is no wind left to propel our boat, periods when we might doubt our very purpose or our point (though really we are the point) present as a golden opportunity for self-realisation and growth. Like a life-review…a pit stop…time to reappraise. When we work with these times (rather than covering our eyes, going into fear, trying to fill the void with even more cycles of busyness), we get closer to experiencing a place recognisable more by its inherent stillness than by its sense of movement…and in that place, we find ourselves. Is a rise in the Schumann Resonance “real”?

Interesting how the common tendency (and I admit to noticing the same “well-behaved” impulse rise in myself…) is to defer to the science when it says “nope, its just not happening”. As soon as I read that article, part of me felt like becoming the naysayer to my own experiences, denying them, saying “how silly, of course not, what was I thinking, I’m not a scientist so clearly I know nothing” before crawling back into my corner and hanging my head…
Those of us that are feeling it are (in a sense) trying to meet scientists half way by using labels such as “Schumann Resonance” and the science those people think is so concrete around that topic to describe our experiences. We are trying to play nice by using terms and labels that slot together as the jigsaw puzzle of left and right hemispherical experience; so of course that means playing loose and fancy-free with terms and defintions that aren’t our natural domain. We were just trying to communicate with the natives of “logical land” but perhaps that experiment in communication relied too much on us overstepping the line into territory where we are simply not welcomed and are too often belittled back to cloud-cuckoo-land where we supposedly daydream our lives away wearing crowns of daisies and hugging all the trees!
Perhaps what our next leap forwards as a species calls for is that scientists meet us supersensitives (those of us who know something big is happening with every tingle of our body) half way. Perhaps this is the unique opportunity that the ongoing dialogue on such topics…two such entrenched opinions…provides; an opporuntity to see things much more broadly and to welcome all skillsets to the table. Navigating that darkest before the dawn feeling

A friend whose words I treasure shared this morning “There is nearly always a dip, a feeling that all is lost before the revelation of a mystery…” It struck me that this is the very same as the feeling as … Continue reading

Going quantum

“Quantum” is a liberally used buzz-word these days but are we really understanding the potential of this perspective right here, rigth now or are we missing the point and carrying on much as usual? As someone who is getting it at a whole new level these days, I’m sharing some practical observations and thoughts on where we are and the vast opportunities we have, right in front of us to “go quantum”. Continue reading

Here comes the yin…

These spaceweather events that feel like they come up through our biological system like a kundalini flame-thrower are the yin energy, mobilised. She’s coming in and she’s doing it so that even those who don’t normally choose to hear her can’t miss her arrival. This means that those of us who are already attuned, who are already well into the process, feel it most strongly, almost unbearably, like we will dissolve away through lack of the yang energy that gives us substance and makes us feel well in our bodies or our daily routines. Because, yes, we all need our yang…in balance with our yin and this is just one of those times when the universe has conspired to tilt the table to allow them both to meet in the middle somewhat more equally than before; so we all get to feel that tilt but hang on there, no need to fall off…its evolutionary , its desirable, it’s what we all signed up for. There’s a song I found myself humming to myself, tongue in cheek, this morning: “Here comes the yin, do-be-do-dah, here comes the yin…and I say, its alright!” Because it really is a song and a dance, a recalibration (neither asserting at the expense of the other), that’s happening and here’s envisioning that, pretty soon, we’ll start seeing smiles returning to all of our faces as we start to enjoy a whole new balance. The song that is most sweet in the dark

On the night of the full super moon, a robin sang sweetly in my garden for the hour until the moon peaked. It began in darkness and then, the cloud mass had begun to break-up and to separate, dissolved into wisps. The newly appeared and dazzling moon looked like it was racing through a cotton-wool landscape or materialising and dematerialising in the centre of a flower that just kept emerging, throwing new petals out of its own void. It was like watching the universe take shape; something birthed out of nothing and, all the time, this sweet monologue of bird song, the seventh dimensional sound that was once the “word” that birthed it all. What made this song so powerful, so compelling, so “stop right there” in my tracks in order to hear every note of it, for all the night was bitterly cold? It was like I was receiving a download, a melodious morse code, that some aspect of myself was busily deciphering. What was so compelling was that its pure beauty came out of darkness; was this incongruous melody that cut through the blankness as though asserting “I choose to make from all this dark potential THIS”….
