Being in balance
Do we subliminally fear balance, as though it is a kind of “death”? Perhaps we need to remind ourselves that balance isn’t an end-game but a beginning point. Continue reading →

Peaks of joy
“The sense I get is, once this has progressed a little further, there will be so many pockets of space inside of me that, being no longer stuffed full of so much stored information, I will be at liberty to sit back and allow energy to flow freely in and out of them, the way the sea fills gullies and rock pools on the beach, leaving its subtle imprint yet so easy to flow out again, experienced by me as moments of inspiration and peaks of joy.” Continue reading →

Choosing life: Jig of Life and the Ninth Wave
“For Now does ride in on the curl of the wave,
And you will dance with me in the sunlit pools.
We are of the going water and the gone.
We are of water in the holy land of water
And all that’s to come runs in
With the thrust on the strand.” Continue reading →

Now is the moment to walk our talk
Now is also the time to invest with our full attention on what we really want, not what seems, what others talk about, what the papers say but what we really prefer and, if t doesn’t exist yet, get creative with our imagination. We need to energetically vote for the world we want to be living in, every moment of every single day. Continue reading →

Writing “ourstory” together
What comes after “history”, what (can we speculate) takes over ready to walk us into a golden future? How do we continue to tell our story? Whilst truth will always remain, to some degree, a subjective thing, the very allowing of the subjectiveness…peaceably…leads us to a new, curious, intelligent, open-minded, accepting, inclusive way of spinning stories that feeds a better future rather than always seeking to claim the victory of the past or control the future. Rather, we feed the future…together. Continue reading →

How to make more practical use of intuition
There seems to be a growing curiosity around intuition this year, one of many not so subtle clues to me that the world is waking up beyond the manifest, logical, left-brained dominance that has reigned supreme for so long. In … Continue reading →

We’re not going “back”, whatever they say
There’s a growing pool of ideas amassing in the collective field to do with “going back”…made up of the thoughts and emotions of all those people who think that we are (or need to be) going back to the way … Continue reading →

Dialling into our golden future
When we dare to dial into a future self that embodies what it would look like to be alive and THRIVE on planet earth, this locks us on to that future potential and, suddenly, its as though we are on a ski lift taking a direct wire to the high peaks of our experience and it all gets so much easier. We’re no longer distracted by all the squabbles and gloom down there in the mosh-pit; we are on the fast track to something else and we can feel it as an electric tingle though our energy body (which has never felt more alive). More synchronicities, more clues, more intuitions, just more more more becomes our normal experience and everyday an ever-unfolding adventure of purest potential because we trust what is at its other end, holding the line taut…its us in our future format, beckoning us towards the kind of future we can invest in with all our hearts! Dare we look at these bizarre times as times of profound opportunity? Going softly into the possibility opens up the perfect gift we don’t even recall ordering for ourselves… Continue reading →
